Principal’s Update

April 21, 2023

Dear CRMS Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for all of the support during our CMAS (Colorado Measures of Academic Success) testing period.  We are now working towards ending the year with engagement and strong academic habits.  We know that the trajectory with which we end the year is often the launching point for entering the next academic year.

Currently, our summer program, Project Launch is full for 6th grade; however, we are taking students on a waitlist.  We still have limited space for our aspiring 7th and 8th graders.  This is a great opportunity to extend the school year in a fun way.  If you are interested, please sign up soon.  The link for registration is below.

Finally, as we approach educator appreciation week, May 1 – 5, 2023, please consider helping our PTO in honoring our teachers.  The PTO has developed an Amazon link where parents can purchase items that the PTO will organize for the week.  Please see the link and directions below.

As always, thank you for your continued support and suggestions.

Sincerely,

Liza

Dear parents of Coal Ridge Middle School,

We are contacting you on behalf of the yearbook committee because we would appreciate it if you would participate in our sales. Having a yearbook makes it so you are able to look back on the memories of your child’s middle school years, and watch how they have grown since 2023. The theme of this year’s yearbook is “Linked” and how we, as a community, will always have some sort of tie with this school year. Between friends and opportunities and fun memories, having a yearbook brings a solid tie or link to everything that happened in the 2022- 2023 school year, if you choose to purchase one for $49.
