Principal Update
Dear Coal Ridge Middle School Community,
As we approach the end of a remarkable school year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments and events that have brought us together as a community. This year has been filled with growth, learning, and memorable experiences for our students, staff, and families. Your continued support and involvement have been pivotal in creating a nurturing environment where our students have thrived.
I am thrilled to extend heartfelt congratulations to our choirs, who performed beautifully at their final concert of the year last night. Their dedication and talent were truly evident in a performance that left the audience in awe.
Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that on Monday, we will unveil our new school mascot. This event marks the beginning of a new chapter for Coal Ridge Middle School, and we hope you share in our enthusiasm and anticipation.
As we wrap up the school year, many exciting events are planned for the coming week. To ensure a smooth and organized conclusion to the year, please fill out the form regarding the last day of school, if you have not already done so. This will assist us in planning effectively.
Our All-School Picnic is an event for our students and staff only. Please note that if you plan to pick up your student after the picnic, they will be released at 12:30 PM. There is no need for you to come inside to sign them out. Similarly, if you have indicated that your student can walk home, they will also be released at 12:30 PM. Our buses will continue to run as scheduled, and students are welcome to remain at school for the afternoon if desired.
We deeply appreciate your support throughout the year and look forward to celebrating with our students at the picnic. Your partnership has been invaluable in making this school year a success.
Thank you once again for everything you do to support Coal Ridge Middle School. Wishing you and your family a wonderful weekend.
Warm regards,
Natalee Swan Principal

Our students did an excellent job at the Code Zone Challenge last weekend. Congratulations to Lex Still and Nolan Davis for placing 2nd in the novice division.
