Principal’s Update
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we head into break please remember that the iPad is a school issued device that parents can and should control. Consider taking a break from the iPad during the holidays if you like. Or, take this opportunity to talk about responsible technology use and healthy tech habits. Break is also a great time for parents to take a look at the iPad both for wear and tear as well as for content. If you have any questions please reach out to our Librarian, Mrs. Baker or me.
I hope that you and your families are able to spend time relaxing and enjoying each other during our winter break. We look forward to returning to school on Monday January 8th.
Sincerely,
Liza
Winter Break will be from Friday, Dec. 22 through Friday, January 5. We look forward to starting the new quarter on Monday, January 8.
Hearing and Vision Screening
There will be a vision and hearing screening at Coal Ridge Middle School on January 29, 2024, for all 7th grade students and students new to the school district. Your child(ren) may be on the list to be screened. Please encourage them to bring/wear their glasses to school on this day. If our screening indicates that your student needs further evaluation, you will be notified by mail. Please contact your health clerk if you have questions or concerns.
