Coal Ridge Middle School Weekly Bulletin

It was wonderful to have our families here to celebrate our amazing 8th-grade students as they move on to high school in our end-of-year continuation ceremony.

Principal’s Update

Dear Parents and Guardians,

What a wonderful closure to the 23-24 school year.  Yesterday we hosted over 500 parents and family members as we celebrated the class of 2028 and their transition into high school.  We look forward to seeing the great things they do in the future.

Once again, this summer we will be offering Project Launch as a summer opportunity for learning.  The program is completely free and includes breakfast and lunch as well as transportation.  This is not the traditional “summer school”.  In addition to having time each day to hone math and reading skills, we build in STEM time, games/activities and mindfulness.  PL runs Monday – Thursday from 7:45 am – 1:45 pm June 3 – 27.  Please sign up now as we have limited slots available for our current 6th and 7th graders.

Finally, I just want to say thank you for all of your support throughout my years at CRMS.  Our partnership with you as parents is crucial and it has been my pleasure to work with you.

Enjoy summer break!

Liza
