Principal’s Update

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Today our 8th grade students had the opportunity to visit either Frederick or Mead High School.  Upon returning to CRMS, a panel of high school students then presented tips for being successful in high school.  Please take some time over the weekend to discuss what successful academic habits look like and encourage him/her to continue practicing these habits now.

Once again, this summer we will be offering Project Launch as a summer opportunity for learning.  The program is completely free and includes breakfast and lunch as well as transportation.  This is not the traditional “summer school”.  In addition to having time each day to hone math and reading skills, we build in STEM time, games/activities and mindfulness.  PL runs Monday – Thursday from 7:45 am – 1:45 pm June 3 – 27.  Please sign up now as we have limited slots available for our current 6th and 7th graders.

Enjoy the weekend.

Sincerely,

Liza

School will be closed Friday, April 26. Please enjoy this time with your kids.
